3. Intellectual property

All elements making up the Site — including without limitation the "Renterah" trademark, logos, texts, visuals, illustrations, databases, software architecture, analysis algorithms, AI prompts, user interfaces, and any original content — are the exclusive property of ZEGUILD, or are used by ZEGUILD under a duly granted license.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission, distortion, in whole or in part, of the Site or its content, by any means and on any medium, is prohibited without the express prior authorization of ZEGUILD.

Any such unauthorized use would constitute infringement punishable under articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The Renterah trademark is reserved for use by ZEGUILD. Any reproduction or use of this trademark without prior written authorization is prohibited.

4. Hyperlinks

4.1 Outbound links

The Site may contain hyperlinks redirecting to third-party sites (in particular real-estate listing platforms, public sources used as part of the analyses, or partner services).

ZEGUILD exercises no editorial control over these third-party sites and cannot be held responsible for:

• their content, availability, or compliance with applicable laws
• the data collection practices of these sites
• any direct or indirect damage resulting from their consultation or use

The user remains solely responsible for visiting third-party sites linked from renterah.ai.

4.2 Inbound links

Any person wishing to create a hyperlink to renterah.ai from a third-party site must request prior authorization at contact@renterah.ai. ZEGUILD reserves the right to request the removal of any link deemed inappropriate, particularly when the source site conveys content contrary to public order, human dignity, or the values upheld by Renterah.

The processing of personal data in the context of using the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679) and French law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended.

Renterah provides an automated analysis service for rental listings, based on the examination of data freely accessible to the public on the Internet. The reports produced by Renterah are decision-support tools with strictly indicative value, and cannot replace your own verification of the property, the landlord, or the legality of the proposed lease agreement.

Renterah does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or relevance of the results produced. The final decision to pursue a rental process is the sole responsibility of the user. The precise conditions and limits of this responsibility are detailed in our Terms of Service.

9. Consumer mediation

In accordance with articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer user has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge to amicably resolve a dispute.

10. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

The Site and the services it offers are governed by French law.
